Water Damage in Dover Home

This Dover-Foxcroft home suffered from water damage after damage occurred to water pipes due to colder temperatures over this past winter.

Water damage is extremely time-sensitive; it does not take long at all before certain items - especially wood-based items - may become irreparably damaged. While we do our absolute best to restore and preserve as much as possible, there are unfortunately times where things simply need to be removed and replaced.

While the flooring had to be discarded in this case, we were able to successfully dry the sub-floor and the rest of the structure. While we can't save everything every single time, we'll do everything we can to restore the crucial parts of the structure!
