Jon Symonds - Commercial Project Manager
Jon is our Commercial Project Manager for Commercial and Residential services here at SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth, and has been with the team since 2014. Jon has a teaching certificate in carpentry, and has used it to train youths within the Bangor area in maintenance, construction, and safety. He has been certified by OSHA and has completed training courses provided by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Jon also has his Applied Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT). He is more than willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
Bud McAlpine - Senior Project Manager
Bud is a Senior Project Manager with SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth. He has been with the team since 2012, and began his career here as a Production Technician. Prior to SERVPRO, Bud received three years of technical training at Waldo County Tech Center and brings with him eight years of customer service experience.
Roland Johnson - Project Manager
Roland is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth. He began his career here in 2014 as a laborer and worked his way up the ranks to Project Manager. Due to his attention to detail, Roland oversees many of the fire remediation jobs. Roland is an IICRC-Certified Water Restoration Technician, has OSHA 10-Hour Occupational Safety certification and SERVPRO ECTP certifications in carpet, upholstery, water and fire restoration.
Amy Lowery - Office Manager
Amy is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth. She began her career here as an Administrative Assistant in 2008, and was promoted to Office Manager in 2015. She oversees some of the office duties and activities and provides administrative support to the crew. She regularly works with our National Account contacts and ranks among the highest in the State of Maine in terms of accuracy and guideline adherence. Amy also has her Water Remediation Technician(WTR). She enjoys spending her down time with family and friends.
Jayson Grindle - Senior Production Technician
Jayson is a Senior Production Technician and the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO Of Bangor/Ellsworth. Jayson brings with him several years of customer service experience, and recently received his IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification. His favorite activities are biking, fishing, and flying drones.
Nick Watson - Senior Production Technician
Nick Watson is a Senior Production Technician, and has been with the SERVPRO of Bangor/Ellsworth team since 2018. He is IICRC WTR (Water Restoration Technician) certified. In his spare time, Nick loves to go hiking and bike riding.
Barry McCourt - Production Technician
Barry McCourt is a Production Technician, and joined the team in 2019. He has been in the SERVPRO system since 2014, and has worked on Large Loss teams in the past.
